Hibachi - length of time?

I looked through here and couldn't find a topic that addressed this.

How long is the typical hibachi meal experience? Trying to plan a reservation around potential shows occurring that night.

I can't answer from experience, but I have a reservation on my upcoming August cruise, and in my calendar 2 hours is allotted for it

It will depend on your chef. Last time I was there, 3 tables were all sat at the same time. Our chef was super engaging and put on a great “show” and he took 30 minutes longer than the other two chefs who did not engage at all with their tables and were basically going through the basic motions. Personally, I would block off 2 hours just to be safe. 90 minutes is probably a closer estimate, but I like time buffers.

I have done it about 3 times and 90mins was the shortest I have experienced.
