Did you have to wait in line at all to have your photo taken by the photographers?  Also, if we decide not to buy the package will the professional photographers take our photos on our phone if we ask or will they only take photos with their own equipment?  Thanks!

Sometimes there's a line (especially formal nights) and sometimes there isn't.  It just depends on when/where you run into them.  They will not take a photo with your phone.  You could find alternate locations on the ship and have fellow passengers take photos.  But you cannot use the backdrops set up by the ship photographers.  It's basically theft of service if you do this.

Thank you!  Theft of service is certainly no my intention, I have almost no cruise experience, but at Disneyland and Disney World their photographers will happily take your phot on your phone, that is why I asked, thank you for clarifying!

We use our phones for our pictures...However, we do get our free picture  on every cruise.  It's usually the boarding picture and one from dinner.  The pictures are just over priced to us.

Oh nice, does everyone get a free photo?  I assume it is a printed photo not digital?  Thanks for the info!

We discovered this last year. We had a favorite photographer and he was down by our dining room on the last night and i think we were going to be changing outfits or something after they were going to stop taking photos so we asked if he could take some with my phone and he was nice but said whether we used the backdrop or not, he couldn't do it. He could get in trouble for even touching my phone.

I’m traveling on the Anthem of the Seas next February and plan to buy the all-digital photo package. Does anyone know if I only need to pay for one person, or if I need to pay for everyone in my stateroom to get photos of all four of us? I’m so confused.
