Kingace74
First time cruising from Southampton. Can we make it from Southampton to Heathrow to make a 4pm flight? Any suggestions on how to get back to Heathrow as fast as possible? Thank you.
TimNayUK
Hey, there isnt a train route, so the quickest would be a taxi of some sort. There will be various 'airport transfer' runs that will be the cheapest. You could get a coach, which would be the cheapest option, but relying on convenient times, it would take about 2 hours. Last option would be to hire a car and drop at Heathrow, the drive is only 90 mins tops.

Pattycruise
If you are booked contact Air2Sea and ask them the earliest flight you can get booked with them. That is my guideline for the earliest I should book. Additionally Royal might offer a shuttle to the airport. You can ask Air2Sea about that as well. ChessE4
We used a Royal transfer without difficulty several years ago and had a much earlier flight. We also used Air2Sea for flight. Royal lost wife's suitcase (or it was stolen), so recommend taking luggage off yourself. WAAAYTOOO and rjweber3
Andonini842
As someone who lives very close to Southampton, you shold be absolutely fine here. Southampton is about 90 minutes by car to Heathrow if the traffic is light - allow double that if you are travelling during rush hour. Any local taxi firm in Southampton will be able to help you.
