ESB2835
Hello All, We will be going on Oasis of the Seas here first of April. This will be our fist time on a Royal Caribbean ship. Without going into details, the wife is on a very high protein diet. We are looking to see what's on board of the ship for protein drinks, or if we can bring ours onboard? If were able to bring onboard our own Protein sports drink, what is the limit of such? is it safe to say 24 pack like water? Again, thanks in advance, ESB2835
Matt
Welcome to the message boards! You can bring up to 12 bottles/cans of non-alcoholic drinks onboard on embarkation day per cabin, so protein drink would fit under that. Again, thanks in advance, ESB2835 As @Matt mentioned, you can absolutely bring your own shakes on board as part of your 12 bottle allotment. Oasis' Vitality Cafe also offers pretty good protein shakes for purchase on board. vitality-cafe-menu-sample.pdf
DonR
I would think the powdered drinks in packets and a shaker cup would work as well. water and milk are easily available in the Windjammer USCG Teacher
