We have not yet received any contact from our Royal Genie. Normally we have been contacted more than a month out and the website still indicates that this is the policy. They were moving the Genie's around to different ships, it was sorted but probably 2 weeks out. Eventually I did get an email from another Genie explaining mine was on vacation and due back soon. I think that was around 25 days out. AlmondFarmer Posted December 10, 2022 Report Share Posted December 10, 2022 I currently have the planning being done by one genie (Alan) who is going on vacation right before my sailing and will be receiving services on board from another (Jay) This likely influenced my first contact time as well.
