Wait time 1 minute, and then there was a lack of an ability to have a clear connection on the customer servie side. Called back, wait time 3 minutes, I luck out and get the same exact guy, about 2 minutes inthe connection it got choppy and I hung up. Called back 30 minutes later and waited 8 minutes (as was told by the automated feature) and had a wonderful connection. Too bad the "revenue dept" was closed today and they could not answer my questions about upgrades. Tomorrows another day! LOL So what's better? I just see a chat feature on the bottom right of the screen when checking cruises. I think its customer service or to chat with a "cruise planner".
