pm822514
I booked two cabins for our family, a balcony and an interior. Because the price dropped we got on board credit. The balcony cabin with my husband and youngest child in it got nearly $700 in on board credit. The interior cabin with myself and two other children got $250. Can the credit be combined? The $250 will cover my drinks but my husband won't be able use up $700 on his own - it would be much more useful if we could combine the on board credit. AspiringCruisePlanner
I don't believe OBC is transferrable between staterooms, but I could be wrong. As a backup, if you husband's room account does not use up the $700, he could certainly use the casino slot machine trick to convert the OBC into cash; either at the beginning of the cruise or at the end after all the gratuities and onboard spend have been calculated. Here's @AshleyDillo's guide to that process. No fee involved if using the slot machine. The onboard credits for cruise with confidence price adjustments are non-refundable, so you definitely want to take advantage of this if you have any credit left at the end of the cruise. I know it can be tempting, but don't hit that SPIN button when the cash is loaded on the machine. pm822514
Pooch
Just adding we followed AshleyDillo’s directions. They were easy, straightforward and worked perfect! And though you can’t combine the OBCs, he can make purchases for people in the other cabin using his sea pass account.
Ampurp85
So they cannot be combined but if the reservations are linked you can use his credit to pay for your drinks package and then if you need the $250 apply it to something else. Each reservation is its own entity, so they treat it as such Pooch
