Ella
Can I add rooms to my reservation at a later date? I know now 2 people in party are going, but there is potentially 4 more and they each want their own rooms.
Ampurp85
The room you selected may only accommodate a certain number of pax and has its own reservation number. New people can book their own rooms to be on the same sailing as you, as long as rooms are available and the sailing is still open. After they book, you can link the reservations. They will be paying prevailing rates.
Matt
Adding or removing people can change rates. As @Ampurp85 said, you may also be limited by the cabin occupancy rate. But assuming there is room in your cabin to add more people, yes, you can add them, but it will change the price to what the price is today. One last note, pre-pandemic there were situations where if you tried to change someone at the last minute even if there was room in the cabin, it would not be allowed because ship was at capacity due to many other people adding third or fourth passengers to their cabins. twangster
Yes you can add cabins if there are cabins available but the new cabins will be priced at prevailing rates on the day you add them. They are not added to your reservation. A new cabin will have its own booking number. That's the case if you book them now or later. Additional cabins do not benefit from your discounts based on CAS, age, service, state, etc. New cabins will price based on the details of the guests in that cabin. Their age, their state, their CAS level, their service status, etc. If you are on a ship you can purchase up to three future cruise options at $200 per option. These can be fulfilled by another couple and if they exercise the option within 60 days they may get some NextCruise OBC but their cruise rate will be the rate on the day the option is exercised.
