C & A question

Apparently my daughter’s C & A account lists her nickname Katie instead of her legal name Kathryn.  My MEI TA said this will be an ongoing problem although she was able to get our 2 booked cruises corrected.  I have sent an email through RC website 3 times so far with no reply of any kind.  I don’t FB or Twitter.  Does anyone have an email address I might try?
