Payment issues

I am having issues paying for items on an already booked and paid for cruise.  A error massage about a bad gateway comes up. I waited a while and tried again  Same issue.  So  I can't pay for items I ordered - e.g. internet package, and one item - a dining package - is no longer available on line.   I've tried different credit cards s that's not the issue.   Is this just me?

Try going through a different browser, or an incognito browser.  If the error still occurs know that Royal IT issues rarely last long. If you're concerned about losing a good price you can call Royal directly and purchase whatever you were going to purchase over the phone.
