Bakerette Posted July 14, 2020 Report Share Posted July 14, 2020 If you make cruise planner purchases for a cruise that Royal cancelled because of COVID-19 then the amount of OBC that is owed to you, then you should be able to add the amount of OBC account and then use the OBC for whatever you would like to purchase in the cruise planner before your cruise.
