My June trip was cancelled but neither Royal or AON is willing to refund me my Vacation Protection Plan. I have called and emailed both without any luck. Is anyone having any luck in receiving a refund for their canceled trip? If so, welcome any help in how you accomplished the refund. Thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
tmp916 32 Posted June 15, 2020 Report Share Posted June 15, 2020 I got my vacation protection plan back on both of my cancelled cruises from March and May. I know at first my TA said they would not refund it, but she called back explaining that RC cancelled and the Plan was not able to be used. I guess this is not much help as my TA took care of getting it back, but you should be refunded it as long as RC cancelled and not you. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I asked cust service about it over a month ago and they said since it’s a third party vendor it will take longer to get the refund. Still nothing...
