Jason12
I booked our Sydney cruise last year with a non refundable deposit but few weeks ago price dropped by £1000 so I made another booking and I’ve not cancelled the 1st booking yet... question is, can I now get refund for the deposit on the 1st Booking under the new rules thanks. Ampurp85
New policy does not give refunds but 100% FCC. So you can cancel and apply that FCC to new booking but no actual refund. Jason12

Excellent thanks for that, I was going to just cancel it but now it’s better than I expected

For future reference, they will adjust a price drop for you up to final payment date. (Just have to call). Now the new rules also will allow a price adjustment up to 48 hours before sailing, but between those 2 windows would be credited toward on board credit. Scrumps
Keep an eye on the news coming out of Aus and NZ.. if there is any sort of increase in cases later this year, I suspect the entire cruise season in that area will be cancelled. We had a sailing in Jan and just cancelled it.
