MichelleB1234
I apologize if this has been asked before. We currently have a Med cruise scheduled for Nov. 2020. We aren't planning on going. We were going to wait a little longer to see if RCL cancels. Otherwise, we were going to cancel. In any case, we were planning on taking FCC and rescheduling to June 2021 Alaska. If for some reason that cruise is cancelled, would we only have til Dec. 2021 to use the FCC or would the new cancellation extend the time period for the expiration of the FCC? RBRSKI
Good Morning, Just would like to share what I found out this morning about my FCC. In my case, it was issued to my TA. I received no direct email from Royal.

If there's a clearer long-term picture of when/how cruising is to resume they may adjust the terms of what they offer to future cancellations If you are planning to cancel anyways, I would highly suggest that you do not make the final payment on this cruise as to not have any more money tied up in FCCs. Might as well only be out the $100 change fee (if you have a non-refundable deposit) and have the smaller FCCs to worry about using. Of course there's no harm in holding off until closer to final payment to make that decision. Royal may have given more of an indication of what their timeline is by that point and you can make a decision on holding out for a potential FCC bonus. Hey there, It will be a bit before they are thinking about November. You might want to cancel and then rebook. There is no GTY that they will offer FCC for a cruise this far out. Better to get this cancelled if you are not going and then rebook on the cruise you want at a pretty good price point I would think right now.
