JennyJenny
I have read through and am familiar with the "no surge protector" rule but was wondering about portable charging banks. I know you can't check them in baggage on airlines but you can bring them in the airplane cabin with you. I usually travel with several so I can re-juice my phone if I am away from power for a very long time (I like to take pictures and video). Anyone know the ruling on bringing these on the ship? For reference, I am talking about something like this:
Leafywing
Yes these are allowed, best to carry them on versus checked luggage when getting on the ship as you may have a longer wait for your checked bags. JennyJenny
SpeedNoodles
Yep, I had a few with me in my carry on - as long as a 5-USB charging hub - no issues. JennyJenny
CGTLH
Yup, allowed... Just ask @AnnetteJackson if you happen to be carrying on a few dozen. Only restriction comes into play due to fire risk in a cargo hold of a plane.
