J_Keeble Posted December 23, 2015 Report Share Posted December 23, 2015 I work at Harwich and this is what they have said about the loss of brilliance of the seas Early in the year we received news that Royal Caribbean was cancelling the bookings made for 2016. At a meeting with the customer in march, we were informed that customer satisfaction ratings were very high at Harwich and that the ships had been full. however, the sale of a ship had forced a review of worldwide deployment and the northern European market was not currently most favourable destination for yields. what ship are they on about?
