Jzx1103
Hello, I have a question regarding the Mount Roberts Tramway excursion on Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas Sept 13th sailing. Today I was looking through shore excursions for Juneau and it showed Mt Roberts Tramway prices at $24.99/adult and $11.99/child. I recalled the tram tickets were more than that so I checked Mount Roberts website and it showed on their website $35/adults and $18/child. I normally never book an excursion with the cruiseline due to their price inflations but in this case it's actually cheaper??? Is this a mistake on RCL's website or is there something I'm missing??? We were originally planning on just buying the Tram Tickets when we arrive.

I did book it already, I'm just wondering if there's anyway RCL's excursion doesn't included actual Tram Tickets lol. but then again that wouldn't make any sense. There's no transportation or anything else involved in this excursion other than Tram tickets. SpeedNoodles
KristiZ
I asked about this two years ago on our cruise up that way and was told that the rate is reduced because Royal gets a group discount that they pass on to us. Jzx1103

twangster
The normal pricing offered by Celebrity or Royal is the same as what's offered locally. That's why I've always bought it locally, in case weather is off. That's a great sale price.
