No. The bar at the Grove operated like the other suite sundeck bars on Oasis class, you have to pay, use your drink package, or redeem diamond vouchers. Evening happy hour is only in the suite lounge. We made it a point to find this out because Hubby wanted a soda one day and he asked the guys at the Grove bar. That was their answer.

You can always make the request. No guarantee that it will be granted. On Liberty this past summer, they were getting stingy with them, even in the suites.

Also, @asquared17, I just realized that your itinerary is the same as ours next month. What was the order of the theme nights for your sailing? They still have not updated the app for ours yet.

The worst is actually on an airplane. I made the mistake once when we flew to LHR for our Norway cruise. It was such a long flight and I needed my tea. Well, it did not taste like tea lol

I understand completely. The snob in me would politely ask the room attendant and the crown lounge concierge if there was any possible way to get a kettle in the room.

According to many crew members, they are slowly ramping up to full capacity towards the summer. No clue by how much each week. But every indication is that they would add more and more each week, reaching full capacity by the summer season.

LOL! Hubby and I went to the same concert back in the summer of 2019! Just a few of the acts have changed but his favourite (Vanilla Ice) is still there.

Count me in with the 90s crowd! I was also a teenager in the 90s but my heart is happy when I hear NKOTB! Imagine that on the pool deck or promenade?! My heart would be so happpy! lol

I think this will be the thing to keep an eye on as Icon moves through more sailings. The maiden voyage was operating with about 4900 guests on board and very few kids. As they ramp up to full capacity towards summer, this is the one piece of info I am looking forward to hearing about from others.

It is a fantastic Mexican restaurant with the best fried ice cream and fajitas! And the price is decent. It’s also right next to Publix and Total Wine. The perfect pre-cruise dinner! We go to the one on 17th Street (Cordova road)

I highly recommend eating at La Bamba! But you all know that already lol

I would agree too that I like that new area of the ship. However, I don't like the Aqua Theatre there. I am interested to hear as time moves on, how people feel about having the theatre in that area. Aqua Nation is fantastic though. It might be my new favourite Aqua Theatre show.
