  2. Still on the fence but the packing has begun. You all know that on top of being a โ€œsuite snobโ€ I am also a โ€œtea snobโ€ right? And itโ€™s good to be prepared in case of quarantine. ๐Ÿ˜‚
  3. Harmony also made a change to their itinerary today. Also going to Costa Maya and Cozumel instead.
  4. Yes. For next weekโ€™s sailing that we are both on, bids went up by almost $700 in one category.
  5. Not sure what the doc for the Villa will look like. That one might be a bit more complex. The one we sent last year and this year just included a list of the shows we wanted to watch, restaurants we wanted to eat at, activities that we wanted to sign up for (ex. Cupcake class, bridge tours, sushi class, etc.), and initially boarding day "wants" (snacks, certain items that we want stocked in the room, etc.).
  6. Single digit dance update: 9 days out and this is the most unsettling single digit dance we have ever done. Today we find ourselves very uncertain of what next week will hold. Never fear though when you are a Type A planner like me. ๐Ÿ˜œ In the past hour, I have put 5 cruises on hold as a Plan B, C, D, E, and F. Thank goodness for fantastic travel agents who work tirelessly at all hours. So hopefully this blog continues on, or it may be on hold for a while....stay tuned.

  8. Yes, they can totally help you out with this. Just wait for their email prior to sailing. Yes, usually 5-7 days out. Whatever you would go to Guest Services for, you can go to the concierge for. Way better than standing in line a GS. Tipping is totally personal. You will find that it varies great. Do what is comfortable for you. For us, we usually tip everyone at the end of the sailing.
  9. I have had a few times when the invoice has been slow to come. I just send a quick email to the TA and they send it. I just chalk it up to the volume coming through, sometimes it gets forgotten. Doesn't really impact me one way or another, especially since it's so far off.
  10. Yes, as my understanding goes, that is the case. Same with Sky to Star, if you win that bid, the Genie can refund all VOOM and dining packages.

  13. Agree with @ellcee, ship dependant. Loved it on Anthem, hated it on Harmony. Second time on Anthem was just ok. The cut of meat is not always great quality.

  19. I donโ€™t find the 1 bedroom ATS worthwhile. I would much rather take the crown loft between the two. Both Sky class, but the loft has the Wow factor which the ATS lacks, especially the one bedrooms because the living room and balcony space really takes a dive as you move to Deck 11-14.
