  1. Good Morning, Can anyone please give me your thoughts on this, so I logged in this am and my edoc's have been issued and the deck is confirmed with no stateroom issued. I know we have had multiple discussions about "Guar" catagory but this seems weird to me.
  2. If I complete the check in process will it assign a stateroom quicker? I hope they assign it closer to sail date, maybe that will give me a better chance of a good room? Questions Questions Questions but heck, I am stoked about this amazing opportunity!
  3. So I just logged in to the booking and it says, what does this mean? Ocean View #GTY
  4. It's Official, booked the missing link to my B2B2B today. Sailing three weeks on the Oasis starting 3/8/20. I am sure that many on this blog have experienced this amazing opportunity but I feel pretty luck to do it at 50. Now let's pray for a great cabin as I did Interior Guar! I am on deck 12 mid in a CPB for 3/8 and deck 8 aft OVB for 3/22.
  5. I am waiting patiently for May 2022 Caribbean to open! We celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary and are gonna go BOLD! Booking Crown Loft Suite!!!!
  6. I know Miller Lite is offered as a low calorie option but I would love to see Mich Ultra for the Low Carb fans!! LOL
  7. I think my best bet will be to watch it on a daily basis and hope for the best. I am waiting for a couple of people to get back to me, as they might want to join me!!!
  8. I have read that people are getting emails to "Royal Up" so staterooms are still available. I will definitely do something by end of month!
  9. So I am currently booked for the March 8th sailing on the Oasis with my son who will be on Spring Break. I am also booked for the March 22nd sailing with my wife and daughter because her break is during that time frame. My goal is to sail on the March 15th cruise which would make it a B2B2B! I have a couple feelers out to some friends who have shown some interest. God I hope it Happens! ? Cross Your Fingers for Me!!!!
  10. How about the parents that have gone on national TV blaming RCCL? They should be ashamed of them-self! It was terrible that she lost her life, and the step grandfather will live with it for the rest of his life. The parents should have moved on ( which I am sure will be a hard thing to do) and look to other things that might help them find peace.
  11. Watching the web cam too, and that is some thick fog!
  12. We were on her for a B2B Christmas/New Years 2019/2020 and she is an amazing ship! For a ship that was built in 2001 and with the last refurbishment in 2018 I would definitely sail on her again. Also, the staff was AMAZING! I really like Drew the Cruise Director and the Sports Staff all top notch.
  13. While I was on the Navigator for thanksgiving, I stood in the same area that the grandfather stood with his granddaughter, now I am 6'1, with my two feet firmly on the ground with my lower chest against the teak railing I looked over the window frame to the outside. I felt uncomfortable, I wouldn't put a bag, drink or anything (especially a young child) on that part of the ship. Very poor poor decision on the grandfathers part. And shame on the family to use RCCL as the scape goat! And of course this is my opinion.
  14. I would NEVER make anyone move, I would only propose the question and then ask them politely, like my parents taught me! Thank you for shedding light on your perspective on how people might feel if someone made them move!
  15. Thank You all for the advice. Even though we couldn't get the same room looking forward to 14 glorious nights and our first B2B.
  16. It wasn't available when we booked it a year ago! ? Funny thing is the family we are going with got 1388 for both cruises.
  17. We are doing a B2B on the Adventure for Christmas/New Years 2019. For the first half, the 8 night, we are in 1688. At the time of booking and up to today, this stateroom is not available for the New Years 6 night portion. Even though, we are only three staterooms down from 1688 (1355), I would love to really experience a B2B(our first one) without changing staterooms. Can anyone recommend how I might be able to reach out to the individual, cruise line, TA or anyone who can hook me up with the person currently in this stateroom. I am even willing to offer some type of compensation if they are willing to change. Has anyone been in this type of situation?
  18. Booked the Odyssey 8 Night for Christmas 2020 today!!!!!!!
  19. Yes a full 2 1/2 hours but well worth it! We have seen it three times on three different sailings and it was awesome every time!
