I don't think so, if you did it by shots it would cost a fortune.

Been happening for a while. Some say to clear the cache or use a different browser. Only thing I found that works (and not all the time) is to open a browser in private mode.

Not bad. The State Department is currently quoting 6-8 weeks for routine service and 2-3 weeks for expedited service.

We saw that too, was surprised when it showed up early.

I don't know about suites but we got a balcony on the back of the freedom once. It had 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs and a table. And had plenty of room to spare. If I ever get to go on her again you can rest assured I'll be looking for that one again. The room was 1402.

Thanks gang! much appreciated for the responses!
Some say that there is no "time limit" on your next drink ... soooooo why could you not dump the glass, they give you, into your mug then ask for another? (or even go to the next bar and grab another to dumb in your mug)
Nothing says you can't try. Let us know if it works...

No, not at all. Totally optional. I imagine most do not take them, but they are available. There are also land tours in Europe, from what I understand.
Thanks, I'll dig in and figure it out.

So these are required? It seems like the departure port isn't one of those cities, I'd fly into the first land tour? I'm sure I'll have to call them but since this is for next year I'll have time to do some research.
-
For those who have done the Alaska cruises, what do they mean by land tour cities? Looking at one that leaves from Anchorage and stops in 8 ports but it has Anchorage, Talkeetna, Denali and Alyeska as land tour cities but not part of the ports.

people are idiots and will always do what they want no matter how many signs are posted. Darwin wins again.

Thanks Matt. So, on a two week B2B, if I purchase one or two drink cards, can I use them the second week, or do they expire at the end of the first week?
Personally, I wouldn't take the chance... But they might not offer it until late in the second cruise.

The guy I work with rides on Carnival. He is like me, one cruise away from the diamond level (I believe its platinum for them). He said he spends about 2 to 3 hundred in the casino per cruise and he just got his second FREE cruise. The first one was last year and was a 3 day inside cabin and this one is a 8 day inside cabin (ABC cruise). All he pays is port fees.
I spend about the same or more and never hear anything.

I have mentioned this before--since we are not big drinkers and would not get the value from a package, we would love to have a pre-paid drink card that is sold from the start (typically they only sell those for the last few days of a cruise). That would work for us even if it wasn't discounted, just to be able to pre-buy. It would eliminate a sharing problem, actually increase revenue and not take any sales away from those who do want the full package. They do it for coffee, why not for drinks?
I have seen the prepaid drink cards in the past, not every cruise. They would be for 10 drinks, don't remember how much it cost. But usually it pops up towards the end of the cruise. I asked the person selling the drink package once on embarkation day, he looked at me like I kicked his dog.

I'm assuming this means that there is water placed in the cabin, and is charged to you if you drink it? I guess some would assume, if it's just sitting around , it's complimentary?
If you didn't pre order it and its in the room you will be charged.

There are always bottles of water in my cabin when I get there and others appear throughout the cruise. I never know where they come from or whether they are C&A "gifts" or something else. If they have a paper tag on them I do not use them. If they do not, I do. I have never been charged for anything from the fridge (even when they did stock it) or bottled water. Lucky ? Probably.
You Pinnacle people always get the free stuff...

Yes, the fridges have been empty for a while, but they were leaving 2 bottles of water on the vanity and then charging for those after debarkation.
I don't remember seeing them... The drink package could have been the reason...

So, is it better to run small bets and a lot of spins or large bets with fewer spins?
-
In December on Oasis and May on Majesty, the fridge was empty.

I brought this up once before, was told it isn't an issue.

If you want your feet to be smooth again a good pedicure and maybe one of those Ped Eggs might do the trick...
Or one of those mini belt sanders on TV...

I have two that I like, one from Rome, Italy and one from Bangkok, Thailand. But I don't wear them on a cruise. I have to wear one for work, its also part of a collection of about 80 I have.

Was this a recent change that you are no longer required to fill out the customs forms?
In December on Oasis we did but in May on Majesty we did not. So yeah, fairly new.

My last cruise (first week in May) from Port Canaveral we didn't get customs forms in our room. I went to guest services and they said you don't need a customs form any more. The agent didn't even ask. Now if you made large purchases that might be different but how would they know you bought a $10K ring?

I've done the last minute cruises before, living in Fl its a perk. Just like the deals you can get at Disney, Universal or Bush Gardens. I've also had cruises drop prices after my final payment and there was nothing that they could or would do about it.
