  1. I'm glad I'm not the only one that has wondered this (pianist here!), but no, I've not found a single instance yet where a piano is available for someone as a guest to use. Well, unless you book the really fancy suite that has a piano!!!!!
  2. I just wanted to clarify a question I have, and I've been unable to pinpoint another post that explains it in this forum. Solo cruising points for C&A: Interior, Oceanview, Balcony = 2x points Junior Suite = 3x points? better suites = ???x points? Thanks to anyone that can help me get this information!
  3. Another question to bounce off this - is there any cost associated with Adventure Ocean or is it complimentary?
  4. 1. Click on the person icon on the upper right inside the app. 2. Click on View SetSail Pass blue bar at the bottom . I included a screen grab of what mine shows - I hope this helps!
  5. I am a college prof. Believe me, asking NOW (end of September) about a final in mid December to be date adjusted has an *excellent* chance of happening. Have them ask! I bet it can happen.
  6. 1. Don't drive in LA - if you're not used to California driving, you'll be shocked and overwhelmed. It's just not worth it to do so for a day either. I agree with tonyfsu21 - just Uber/Lyft it. I think I priced LAX to the cruise port at around $70 one way in October for our trip. 3. Suncoast Park Hotel is part of Hilton's Tapestry collection. While it doesn't have breakfast included (something I enjoy), it does have rooms you can get that have a Disney fireworks view. Looks like there is still availability after your March 17th cruise is finished. https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/snascup-suncoast-park-hotel-anaheim/hotel-info/ Hope this helps!
  7. Searching through threads just now, I came across your post. We're on Navigator next month too! Tender means a small boat will take you off the ship to the pier. Easy peasy. I thought that I read somewhere that you have to get tender tickets somewhere (Star Lounge?) to get on the tender, but I'm assuming that's just for people without shore excursion priority. Maybe I read wrong and someone can correct me if so.
  8. You could go the cruise route - cruise through the Panama Canal to the west coast. Voila, no plane! All kidding aside, I was terrified as a child, especially because I would always vomit while landing. Learning controlled breathing helped a TON. I also like the other suggestions about taking a plane tour, shorter flight, etc. to build your confidence. Good luck!
  9. I just plugged in LGB to the cruise port. Granted, it's Saturday night, but it shows $24-28 for a Lyft. Hope this helps!
  10. We're sailing on Navigator 10/10 and arrive in California via LAX. Other than Uber/Lyft to get to the port, are there other shuttles or ways to get there we don't know about yet? Arrival is actually 10/8, NOT embarkation day. Thanks in advance!
