Yep, have had this conversation before... my pre-cruise trip to the bank for an envelope of singles is one of my favorite rituals (as is wondering if the teller thinks I'm going to a strip club).
Same here!!!!

Do you remember which host? I am looking at their site. I see same picture with different host and location. Not sure those are real pic or not.
Her name was April, and the description was "Spacious Artistic Vacation Getaway".
Very nice. Quite convenient.

We rented an AirBNB a few blocks from the port. 32nd floor of a high rise...the view was incredible. Gas Town and a ton of bars and restaurants were walkable. Took UBER everywhere else, including to and from the airport and cruise terminal.
Fantastic city!

We are in Labadee on 1.22, and we are in the same boat with michad. The only options are the Suite cabanas, and they are sold out. There are no other exists for us that day. I check 2x a day, and it's been this way for months.

Can they be opened?

We just sailed Radiance of the Seas. From Vancouver to Seward. Our first Alaska cruise and, even tho the weather did NOT cooperate, we had a marvelous time.
One thing I found peculiar is that we were never reminded to sanitize our hands when entering any dining venue. Not one time. There were employees there greeting you, but they never suggested our reminded people to use the hand sanitizer.
You'd think they would be super vigilant. Our other 3 post COVID shutdown cruises watched you like a hawk...

Just spent 3 days in Vancouver pre cruise. Never used cash once. All credit card, regardless of the size of the purchase.
Restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, attractions, UBER... You name it. I'll let Capital One worry about the exchange rate. Plus, I had no "funny money" left over!

I am sailing on Radiance to Alaska in August. I just noticed that the app says Radiance hasn't been added yet to the app.
Is this so? If it is, do they not use e muster? Is check in done the old fashioned way, on the website?
I'm confused...(as always)

At Matt's suggestion, we bought the UDP for our recent Harmony cruise. It was a tremendous value, and we loved the flexibility of lunches in some of the restaurants.
Does anyone know why you can't schedule all of your reservations prior to the cruise thru the app? Waiting until you get onboard was a pain, and you had to scramble to get reservations for the times and nights you wanted.
It didn't make sense to me...what am I missing?

Luggage valet is a program that they used to have where you could send your luggage directly from the ship to the airport. You would not have to deal with your luggage until you arrived at your final destination airport. It was a wonderful program that sadly, no longer exists at any of the FL cruise ports (as far as I know). I think it might still be in effect in Seattle.
It was the best . You didn't see your luggage after it was collected on the last night, until you got to your final destination. They gave you luggage tags for your airline and took your bags right tonthe airport. It made life much easier

For anyone who has cruised out of Port Canaveral lately, has Luggage Valet been re installed?

I've asked for a kettle on my last 4 US cruises in a junior suite, because the new coffee makers are loud and awful.
No issues getting a kettle, including this week on Mariner
