Def was hoping for Coco Cay....We are on the same cruise!

Can't wait....My 5th cruise and my husband's 2nd!!

Our cruise is a year out, but looking at excursions for snorkeling in Aruba and Curacao. We love a nice beach where you can snorkel right there (husband loved Coco Cay snorkeling on our last cruise) or excursions that will take you to nice spots on a catamaran with drinks for the trip back. We normally take RC excursions, but open to other ideas. We've watched quite a few YouTube vacation vlogs and have some ideas. I've searched this forum but not much on specific excursions and/or beaches. Any experienced cruises who might have suggestions? Because we are so far out, the listed excursions may change as it gets closer....

Thanks so much for this review....Headed to Curacao in April 2024 and already looking at excursions. This will be a new port for us!!

We just got back from a cruise on the Oasis and St. Maarten was our least favorite...At least Orient Beach. (We enjoyed the horseback riding) It was an RC excursion. Our tour guide treated us like children and she acted like a drill sergeant. We were harassed constantly on the beach for a massage, hair braids and selling their stuff. NOT what we wanted or expected. And yes, there were quite a number of topless women. In the past, when I cruised to SM, we did a zipline excursion which was a blast, but nothing was offered like that this year from RC. This was my husband's first cruise and SM was a disappointment. Following this thread for future suggestions...

Log into your RC account online. You should see your cruise listed. Find the "View More Details" in blue and click on that. You should see "eDocs". Click on that and the tags are on the page 19 of that 20 page doc, I think.

We got an email 10 days before our sail date (March 27, 2022) that our RU had been accepted....

They took your hot sauces? Airport security or port authorities? Wow...I'm bringing creole seasoning, as I read it was TSA approved as long as its under 12 oz.

All good, now. We have our new updated Set Sail Passes as well as luggage tags with the new stateroom number! We will have a bigger balcony, which we are thrilled about!! 10 days and counting!

Same!! We think alike! This is a delayed honeymoon for us...(second marriage). My Dad was sick right after we married and we could not have a real honeymoon and then less than 3 months after our wedding, the pandemic hit. Needless to say we are SO excited!! Our Royal Up we just found out, was accepted. Just a bigger balcony, but we will take it!

Update...The app is now updated with new room on Set Sail Pass...Luggage tags don't appear to be updated as of yet. Will continue to check...

We are newbies at this, and I'm not even sure we made the right call. I haven't been on a cruise in 12 years (celebrating my parent's 50th with 11 family members in 2010) and my husband has never been on one!! We are two retired school teachers...We just went from a balcony to spacious balcony, lol. We bid the minimum, I believe. Just got off the phone with RC...she said it would be changed during boarding, which seems odd to me. Doesn't that hold up the process? I've already printed boarding pass and luggage tags... We are excited, nonetheless!! I just like all my ducks in a row!!

We just received an email an hour ago that our Royal Up bid was accepted. Email states to reprint boarding passes and luggage tags, however, there is no change on the stateroom number. Does it take longer?

Ugh…we ordered a number of things for my parent’s 50th on a family cruise and we selected days for delivery. I didn’t see that option this time.

I've ordered champagne and cho covered strawberries for our room. Will this be waiting for us when we arrive on the first day in our stateroom, or will it be delivered later that day? Searched and I do not see this addressed anywhere else. Thank you!

I don't have a lot of experience as many others, but with our cruise departing March 27th, (booked in Oct) there were sales on Black Friday and other random times. I had to check the website several times a week and did get a few discounts on excursions, wifi, etc. You just have to keep checking;

I was paranoid, as i lost mine as well. I uploaded on the app to check in and proceeded to lose mine and my husbands!! I called my doctor and the nurse filled out new cards for both of us. Just picked them up Friday!

We plan on bringing ours, as well, but are def considerate of others; We are beach people and bring it with us, always! Enjoy!

We are staying at the Comfort Suites Airport North at the end of the month. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from airport and one to take you to the cruise port. I believe both are complimentary. I have not stayed here, but looks decent. Nothing in Miami is inexpensive, however! I actually cannot believe the price for a Comfort Suites hotel! But we are trying it out....

St Thomas has some of the most beautiful water anywhere around, IMO. I love to snorkel in ST...We are doing that again on our Oasis at the end of the month.
