Considering booking a nye cruise out of cape liberty. Has anyone  done this before? When does the weather turn warm enough to be outside? 

We did a cruise out of Bayonne for Christmas. It's a little strange having to pack for winter & summer ...  Like the others said, the 1st day / day & a half are cold and you don't want to be outside, but then it warms up. We were in the Bahamas on Christmas Day in shorts & a t-shirt.  Made me wish I could always have a tropical Christmas.
I haven't done a NYE cruise, but I will say Royal knows how to celebrate the holidays. The Christmas cruise was tons of fun, so I can only imagine how fun a NYE sailing would be.

What are peoples thoughts on March cruises? I’m booked on symphony on 3/19. This is my third rebooking since covid. 

Things seem to be settling down, at least in the NE and haven’t heard of any major issues within the industry since the cancellations. Feeling confident about my 3/16 symphony sailing! First time on the boat!

I’m doing symphony March 19 also with the whole family and kids for their spring break, can’t wait , I’m not concerned at all about omicron as I can almost guarantee the wave will have receded and we’ll be in a good place by then. Odyssey is supposedly in port at coco cay on March 25th when we’re all there, so coco will be jamming that day. Going to be a glorious time had by all.
