We just went there in October, we had a great time. . There is no problem catching a cab ride and it costs $17.00 each way.

We are on the same cruise and are having the same problems with the new port excursions not populating and not receiving the refunds for the canceled ports. I have emailed the shore excursion team and they gave me the same answer that you got. Its to bad that we won’t be able to take advantage of the Black Friday or cyber Monday sale.

"On board, the buffet, where it's now being served to you instead of you picking up the tongs yourself. And I suspect that for us, that will be a permanent feature, because independent of the health reasons, it's just better."

I paid for first class seats and on my longest leg got bumped to coach, not sure how Delta can do that but they did.
I had the same thing happen to me. I gave Delta call and explained that I paid for first class seats and got bumped, I ask them to either find me the first class seats or refund me. The Delta representative had to contact her supervisor and I was told that I could have a partial refund or they would find me first class seats. I took the first class seats.
