Yes, in the last year. It was on Explorer. And they weren’t nice shorts, they were basic beach stuff, couldn’t be passed as nice at all.

I have only ever been turned away on formal night once, and I wouldn’t even have gone in had I remembered it was formal night. Shorts, t-shirt, hoodie, they politely let me know that it wasn’t the right attire. It is pretty casual, just not that casual.

I believe just Oasis class at the moment, but I base that only on choosing a parking spot and having the website direct me to two different lots depending on which ship I choose. I don’t see any reason why the smaller ships couldn’t use the new port.

We parked in the north lot in February, it was very easy. I generally don’t like parking in Galveston because I get lost and confused. The new terminal wasn’t that way at all, clearly marked and easy to navigate.

Thanks a bunch! Luckily they did let me make a change since it was within 24 hours. She just said, "It's our policy that you can make a change within 24 hours." But I'm going to take that with a grain of salt because I do not believe that this is standard across the board.

If I book online and pay the deposit do I still have 24 hours to cancel, or do I have to do something special for a 24 hour hold?

Ours just opened up, about 43 days before sailing.

Same. And I had one child drop and break the inner cup from the outer shell. That one they replaced for free when I gave them the broken cup.

Our April cruise will be with some friends, but we didn’t think until recently to combine the tables for dinner. It’s a total of nine people. Should we just call and ask if they can combine or is this something we can try to do in the app?

Yep. My kids will be there by the time they are 18, the youngest probably by the time he’s 16. I love how Royal lets them take your status.

Legitimate question: Can kids use their Diamond vouchers on soda? I get my kids the soda package, but if they’ve got four sodas a day with Diamond then they can just use that.
