I didn't use any vouchers on curacao day. The brewery in town and then immediately to the suite lounge happy hour was enough. I take pride in drinking too much on a cruise but avoiding hangovers and I wanted to keep that streak going
-
You can't reasonably expect the be able to change cruises without paying the prevailing rate on the new cruise.
-
You just call room service and remind them you're in a suite.
-
Glad to hear your mdr room service was warm. We've done it twice and cold both times. But I don't think it was the fault of the deliverer
-
Wine lists are in the app, though not everything listed may be in stock

We hadn't been charged any gratuities yet and I was confused. I went back into the archives and remembered that my TA added prepaid gratuities to get the old price. Since this cruise was so cheap, at final payment I didn't bat an eye at the total.

I would give the mdr a try when you get back. Problem with MDR room service is that you run the risk of a meal being cold by the time it gets to you. Though, with today's late port stop there may not be many room service orders around the early seating.

Based on how empty it was last night with the late departure, wouldn't surprise me if it's the same tonight and it's a lot easier to hold tables.

Longshoremen work stoppage looming?
smokeybandit replied to Sealegs's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
There doesn't seem to be a threat of work stoppage based on that article. And the issues seem centered on container services, not passenger. It's also a press release from the union, so who knows what the actual issues are. -
That just means you can only buy photos if someone in your cabin is in the photo. Meaning you couldn't get a photo if the only people in the photo are in a different room. But a mix of cabins is fine as long as it includes yours.

In 20 cruises I've had one itinerary change and that was recently with haiti. -
We're getting off long enough to pick up a couple gifts and look for cheetos since apparently those are the weakness of the concierge
-
I think the occupants were the #3 ,top tier this week

We did a tuktuk tour of downtown curacao via viator. Driver was good, but the hour tour could have been cut off at 40 minutes. I think I saw every piece of art in the town. Went to the old swinging lady (named after the bridge) brewery after that. 5 stars. If you like beer, go there. Beer drinkers know the caribbean isn't known for beer. But apparently 2 rich dutch businessmen wanted to change that. An unexpected gem

Just a marketing push. Though I've had two calls to the room already trying to upsell premium dining which I don't ever remember. Maybe just a different approach by this hotel director.
-
Right, I'm just pointing out for others that the app is more of a luxury than necessity while on board.
-
Just remember there is no obligation to have to use the app on board.
-
Don't use the check in button on the main screen of the app. Use the one on the person icon screen

That advisory is more for port au prince. A federal employee would be allowed to go on a cruise.

RCCL Alaska Cruise from Hell
smokeybandit replied to Cruiser_on_ship's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
There were posts in the Facebook group for the cruise I'm currently on asking what restaurants were on board and what our port days were. These were posted after the cruise embarked. So sadly, plenty do no research even if the OP is fake. -
Observation: cruise fridges are notorious for being just coolers and warm ones at that. Mine has ice forming in the back.
