  1. Lost Luggage & Lost & Found Phone: 1-800-256-6649
  2. I walked off Icon last week promptly at 7 am.
  3. Sadly I agree. I opted not to go on Icon last week. Everyone said it was a great show but I have seen it on Wonder and didn't care for it. (Yes I know it's a "different" show but it's not really.)
  4. This is correct. It's how it's added. If it's certain types of OBC you can see it right away. If we call it in it's later (usually day 2 of the cruise). Royal's systems are less than perfect.
  5. There won't be a change fee for doing this, but the new room(s) will be at prevailing rate.
  6. You control your own cruise planner and book your own extras with a TA. We're there to help, not to take everything away.
  7. I've been looking around for rates too and these interior GTY are the best deal- a JS for 2 is over $14k
  8. Yes that should stay, but you TA can verify once the takeover is complete.
  9. You don't even HAVE to print luggage tags because the porters will have blank ones. So don't fret if you forget or your printer breaks last minute!
  10. Yes, but the cut off for transferring is 30 days past deposit.
  11. I don't love them, but I will be trying one again soon on a Celebrity ship. I hope it's better this time!
  12. You should never flush wipes at home either, but definitely not on a ship.
  13. I don't know on the consumer site but TAs can on our side if you held it with a TA. But I don't see any harm in letting it ride out.
  14. Make sure you have it noted that it's B2B (your travel agent likely did that already). You won't have to pack up but you will have to leave the ship. You will be among the first to get back on as soon as it's clear. It's a pretty easy process and most of it will be explained when you're onboard.
  15. I think that is really cute and I would like the link on where to purchase that! As long as you're comfortable in it then I think it's fine. Don't wear it over a swimsuit to dinner, otherwise it's appropriate.
  16. But how do you know if you don't even try? That's their job is to know what accommodations people might need.
  17. I think your best bet is to contact Royal Caribbean's special needs department. I would see if you can call them since the cruise is so soon. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/resources/guest-special-needs
  18. Again this is dependent on the type of FCC it is.
  19. Future Cruise Credits have always been hard to use. (Yes it did happen before Covid for various reasons). Depending on when it was issued and why they should be able to track them down. But as Matt said, need more info to tell you where to start.
  20. It depends on the offer. Many times it will cut the percentage commission down to a flat commission of almost nothing even if you're paying almost full price. The TA would be the one to have to service it, which is why I say it's a lot of work for not as much pay off. Your best bet is to contact MEI and your agent can tell you based on the offer.
  21. This is relative- all agencies can offer non-Royal Caribbean insurance. What's important is the benefits on the insurance. I don't know what Costco's covers but just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it's equal to.
  22. If a hurricane will affect your cruise then the cruise line will make a decision to change ports or shorten the cruise. Rarely do they cancel a cruise completely during hurricane season. Your best bet is to be flexible mentally and you'll still have an amazing time!
  23. Full transparency the commission is almost nothing on these. I prefer not to do them for clients. We're hoping that will change in our favor eventually but at this point it's not worth my time to work on them.
  24. This is frankly how Costco can afford to give the huge rebates. I don't know why they don't participate in RoyalUp but the rebating is purely about volume.
  25. You have to pay in US dollars, but we can work with Canadians.
