Did you book using a travel agent? If that adjoining room was not “personally chosen” by the occupants it might be possible to have your travel agent make the switch. I had something similar happen years ago (pre COVID) but the Royal customer service agent confirmed the occupants CHOSE that particular room so nothing could be done. But also…many of the adjoining boardwalk balconies have one room specific for 2 and the other is sold as a 4 person. You can look on cruisedeckplans to see if that is the case for your situation. My last suggestion would be this…try to see if there are any other rooms in your category that are side by side but not necessarily adjoining. Perhaps spend a little more $$ if you have to and book a different category. If nothing works…so be it. Enjoy your cruise regardless of how this works out for you.

My best excursion was going to the Crystal Caves and then spending time on a small beach near a Park Reserve. There was a tiny bar/grill on the beach and we sat around drinking delicious Rum Swizzles…so delicious! The driver of the shuttle was a young man who had grown up there. He gave us so much local Bermudian information. Also really liked heading out to Horseshoe Bay Beach. I think your dates of travel will be very nice weather wise.

that is an amazing deal! I wish the dates were just a bit different as I have the Oasis booked leaving NJ on May 8. I am taking my sister in law on her first Royal cruise…she lost her husband (my brother in law) this past October . He had just turned 70! They never travelled so with my “help” she is beginning to expand her horizons a bit . I am going to start looking for those relocation cruises! Enjoy!

Happy you finally made it…what a long detour you had to take…so sad . We are looking forward to our first cruise as Diamond which is coming up in just a little over 2 weeks!

Same for towards the end of March when my brother cruised! He and his wife were leaving deck 17 and when they got on the elevator there were a half dozen teens just lined up across back of elevator. He turned around and every number had been pressed! They decided to just go with it but the funny thing (or not) is when they actually got to their floor….the elevator didn’t stop! He told me there were so many young teens running around everywhere, banging into people and just actually like fools. He said no more March cruises for them!

Ummm not for nothing but that Cinnamon Roll looks like someone licked the frosting off it! And since I’m sending this comment now…I hope you already tasted it Mike. Wouldn’t want to deter you from eating and savoring! I’m going to be looking for these rolls in a couple of weeks on Symphony (yay! Love her!).

Wondering how it works if someone does not eat white fish…will they substitute something for it or do I just leave it? I can do shell fish but not branzino and we have this booked for our upcoming cruise. Thanks for any info.

Arawak Aqua Park is near Columbus Cove. Look on that side of the island map and you will see which beaches are nearby. Not sure when your cruise is but currently Royal has stopped Labadee port days.

Sounds fun Raye. My brother and SIL did this excursion last May and purchased the VIP pass. They were completely impressed and very happy they had done it. If you need any info let me know.

Ummmm sorry but I do think she was trying to brag…no, sorry, she WAS definitely bragging! Really? I’m not sure how I would have reacted to someone like her…but I have to say you were pretty gracious sitting there and allowing her to ramble on with her “wonderful life” story! The older I’ve gotten the less tolerance I have for that kind of behavior.

My brother was on Wonder a few weeks ago and said there were lots of menacing teens running up and down corridors switching magnets to other doors…leaving sticky notes on doors that read: Adult activities taking place inside. Just want to make sure those pineapples don’t end up on your door !

When you get a chance to check out the different areas of the ship…just wondering how the child ratio is compared to Royal. Your dress tonight looked absolutely beautiful on you! And I also really liked your embarkation outfit. Keep posting those pics…they help me reminisce back to when my figure was similar to yours ! Your parent’s balcony room is gorgeous! So that’s similar to what on the Royal ships?

So..I haven’t read any further than this post which is dated 11 hours ago (I had a really busy day) but I would stick to what is planned and enjoy the UDP while on Utopia in March. Just my opinion…
