Tried it already. No luck. Will try again as soon we get closer.

Good luck. Spent 2 hours on the phone to get compensation for the 300$ price drop and nothing....

We are sailing on it on April 19th. It would be great to see some positive pictures and things. We need that positivity.

We are cruising April 19 from san juan with wife and kids. It's our first cruise. We are arriving in San Juan the 13 and took a condo. We are supposed to fly back the 26. Now if no cruise we are screwed over for the second week there. Insurance won't cover if you decide to cancel your cruise. The insurance would help if the company decided to cancel. But question is when would they take this decision. It's doesn't gives us plenty of time to do plan b.... This situation sucks especially when I booked back in August. Don't have a clue what to do.

Ok. What's next stop all flights. This is ridiculous in my opinion. As if all cruises are at risk. So am I supposed to think that cruising from Puerto Rico is at risk? Paranoia is winning and facts are not. Hey let's shut down also disney world because there is been cases in Florida... Like come on

We are cruising April 19 from san juan. We are still going. Too bad it's a travel credit but not complete refund. Anyway I am not worried about puerto rico and southern carribean now. Hopefully they will upgrade me now to balcony from Oceanview since I expect many will cancel

Can you believe that the price is now 300$ cheaper than what I paid back in August and I'm fighting to get a compensation. So far no luck in getting room upgrade or on board credit. The balcony Oceanview is 300$ more than what we paid for the Oceanview no balcony. Wish me luck.

My cruise from the 19 April on freedom of the seas dropped and is cheaper now then back in August when we booked. We are talking about 150$. it's not much but they refuse to credit me. Should I keep trying?

would there be any compensations offered to the travellers for these situations where they are denied boarding? i find it unacceptable that a country is refusing people based on fear and not medical proof. it seems now that if someone has any virus a country is able to deny docking.... i know i am exagerrating but you see what i mean? can the cruise company insist on the docking port to have a doctor opinion etc or complain about it ?

What i am mostly worried about is the new policy in effect that they will deny boarding to people that are demonstring flu like symptoms??
How ridiculous is that? i mean if i catch a cold that means no cruise for me ? i understand that they want to take precaution but this is becoming ridiculous. how about if i get a cold on the ship or the flu they will throw me out? also read about these islands that are refusing ships docking because some had a flu. The big problem about this is the paranoia and at this point if they will start acting like that then just cancel cruises completly. You cannot accept travelers having an experience like that.
we are going on cruise april 19th out of puerto rico with our kids and it will be our first cruise. This story has brought negativity to it and i am very upset about it.

Wow. I noticed that alot of cabins appear as sold out on freedom of the seas cruise April 19th out of San juan. That's the one I'm scheduled to go. I guess not much cancelation there. I guess I can forget the free upgrade to balcony lol.
