  1. OP is on Liberty. But the DBP will cover just about anything you want except as noted, more expensive wines and spirits. Your standard frozen - mixed drinks, beer and good selection of wine (ok I’m not a connoisseur) will be covered. Don’t sweat the $12 limit.
  2. We used Parking Doctors on our one & only out of Tampa. It’s so close to the terminal, we could have walked!! Seriously it’s like a block down the street.
  3. Well hopefully our check in time will accommodate this! As suite guests, are we still able to check in an hour before our scheduled time? And I heard the suite line in PC is operating again?
  4. So is there a sweet spot for time to arrive to NOT be on the uncovered roof?
  5. Thank you both for your input. Unfortunately my daughter gets seasick in small boats. She’s fine on the ship but not on smaller watercraft. I probably should have mentioned that.
  6. The cruise planner and where you check in are 2 separate things. She can edit her check in once she downloads the app. Since she is on your reservation, all of that reservation’s purchases should show. Have you not told her what you’ve already purchased?
  7. No idea if it would do me any good but when I married, I started using my maiden name as my middle name. So my birth certificate says Gail Ann Pucci and all my current identification says Gail Pucci Dumoulin. Shows some type of connection
  8. Vaccinated Guests Fully vaccinated parties may book a shore excursion or visit most ports freely — with the exception of those listed below, which will require tours for all guests who wish to go ashore in November and December, regardless of their vaccination status. St. Lucia Barbados St. Kitts Tobago Trinidad Grenada Martinique Dominica St. Vincent Note: Fully vaccinated guests visiting St. Lucia, Barbados and St. Kitts may depart the ship to visit the designated, enclosed port area and purchase tours from local independent operators to go into port. this is what I see for my sailing. YMMV
  9. Are you both fully vaccinated? Check the Healthy Sail information for your cruise. It will list what ports have what requirements. Under current circumstances, it behooves you to stay on top of protocols for your sailing as they are constantly evolving.
  10. Here in CT, marriage license is easily obtained at the local Town Clerks office. I understand that is not necessarily the case in other jurisdictions. Hope you are able to solve this dilemma without too much trouble.
  11. Thanks for your experience. Lobster night is the one I’m really looking at as hubby will want the scallops in CK & I want the MDR lobster. If they will accommodate us that night, we’re good. If not, I guess we’re eating separately!
  12. The joy of womanhood, needing to show the link between birth name and current name. Passport, Real ID drivers license, TSA Precheck you always have to show how you got from one name to another. A PITA men will never know, except maybe for James/Tommy! OP, my guess is she will need whatever document shows her going from maiden name to married name. If her divorce papers list both names, maiden & married, that should be an acceptable bridge.
  13. Yes we are very fortunate. We got the suite on a l & s from rhapsody so the price was a real steal! I have never been one to value convenience over price and I’m not gonna lie, sometimes the inconvenience has been, well, inconvenient. But taking my brother & nephew on their first cruise (well it’s my brother’s first) I’m trying to cut down on the moving parts.
  14. Ok y’all have me leaning toward terminal parking… At least for today
  15. I have been told that you can request MDR items be sent to CK for dinner. I hope this is still the case as there are a couple nights we are planning to do just that.
  16. Yes I agree but our DBP for 4 for a 7 day cruise is or was in the mid$1900 range. I really did want to put that much out in case of a cancel & repurchase. That’s a big chunk of change for me. Hoping for decent Black Friday sale, even if it only goes back to the $58 plus grats. I’ve pretty much resigned myself to that price.
  17. Garage full?!?!! Ok now I’m worried again!
  18. Thank you! I’ve taken the Cortrans shuttle before so i know where they’ll be dropped off. It’ll be my nephew & my son and I bet they could find their way to check in. What I am anal about is the cruise documents. I have no doubt my son can manage to lose his on the trip. I imagine that we could meet prior to check in?
  19. Two of our party will have to come in by shuttle from an MCO area hotel, just not enough room in my daughters car for 6! And those 2 will be unfamiliar with PC though I’m guessing they can manage. Just feel like (ok control freak here) it would be easier if we were all there around the same time rather than having to wait for part of the group. and then of course those 2 will have to shuttle back to MCO unless my brother decides to rent a car for the day. Too many variables!!!! Do you make reservations?
  20. I keep going back & forth on this. Off site parking will cost about $92. Terminal is $17 per day for 8 days so $136 (does that include taxes or any other fees?). So a difference of $44 to not have to either have 4 people schlep their luggage on a shuttle both ways or drop 3 people plus all the luggage at the terminal & have the driver have to take the shuttle. I’m cheap, like REALLY CHEAP, but in the grand scheme of a lovey week with my family in an OS on Harmony should I just throw the stupid $44 at it?
  21. As we are all fully vaccinated. Looking for suggestions for St Thomas & St John’s Antigua for 6 adults. My husband really wanted to do the helmet diving but I have had no luck getting a response from Sea-Trek (?) and their website says the day is already sold out. So I don’t know if it’s actually booked up or they aren’t open yet. Other suggestions for on our own touring?
  22. And I am crossing fingers toes and eyeballs that you will be on that cruise!!!
  23. Mine just went up yesterday. DBP had been $67 at 20% off and $58 at 30% off with an on board price of $84. Yesterday the on board price increased to $88 and 20% off is now $70. Maybe this is in anticipation of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale so that a higher % off results in the same old sale price.
