  1. Well it seems at a glance that the current system stays in place. The top two lines. After that they are trying to make it that you know what “you get” prior to boarding.

The big thing will be how do they break out the tiers  I play 3 card poker (yes I know the odds stink, it’s for entertainment) about an average of 4 hours a day  $10 on 6 card bonus, $10 on Pair plus and Ante

i maxed out the balcony stateroom by day 6.  Where will that place me in the tier system and  will I still max out? Ask me in April! ;-)

I see the casino discounts but I don’t see where the certificates have been applied.  The $630 each your “personal” casino discounts. The certificate(s) would be “round” amounts like $500; $750, $1000, etc.

it is a very impressive casino rate.  I will agree with that !

The cruise was one on the back of the cert which was a free Balcony (-$1014 x 2) and then the -$615 x2 is the casino rate discount on our upgrade to a Jr. Suite.

I buy a brand called Briggs and Riley, but they are expensive, guaranteed for life, it's almost like buying an heirloom piece of furniture.

But I have also gone to Kohl's and other places and bought was the best price, they lasted as long as they last.  Also used ebags.com, has a good sort and rating system to make an informed decision.

Yeah my wife vetoed my desire to buy the Briggs and Riley luggage. I really wanted it.

  4. Got the 2 for $310 deal on Johnnie Blue. They brought it down to $300 and let me put a bottle of John Walker XR (1 Litre) and Blue (750ML) for the $300.

Prices were LESS on St. Kitts and I was able to grab one picture to show the RC workers before I was stopped taking pictures by the workers on the island. RC did do a price match (at least they gave me part of it as I couldn't prove the Johnnie Blue price)

In the end I got 2 for $285 and am very happy.

Last year when we sailed, Voom had a problem where you had to log in every single time you used your device.  They’ve since fixed that issue.  The internet is still incredibly slow, though; I wasn’t able to watch any Periscopes or Facebook Live videos onboard, at any location.

EDIT: Wifi calling did not work either; I tried calling my parents to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving, and was unsuccessful in having an audible call.

while I had issues on Allure I was able to make calls and get calls. I even called the Casino Reservation line right after getting my certificate because I didn't want to miss out on the Junior Suite that was available (got it :-) ).

My biggest issue seemed to be streaming Sirius while up in the Solarium.

Note that they'll leave the approximate time each number will be called. If you'd rather not handle your own luggage, you can always go to Guest Services and request another number.

Also you can pay $25 per person and the luggage will be taken from your room right to the plane. You will only need to lug your carry on with you. They bring your the tags for your luggage AND your boarding pass. For $50 my wife an I loved the convenience.

We have settled on Embassy suites. It is just too conveniently located near restaurants,  grocery and drug stores.

We just stayed there for the cruise we were just on and I agree that it is very convenient.  our only issues were that the check in seemed to take too long (maybe we were just tired) and that the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. We will be staying there in April for our Harmony Cruise.
