41m33
We're sailing on Adventure of the Seas and booked for MyTime dining. I've pre-booked most nights for 6:45. Can anyone tell me if we'll be finished in time for the evening entertainment? We could switch to the late seating but its at 8. With 3 kids, we feel this is too late. tiny260
6:45 should give you plenty of time, mention to your waiter when you sit down that you have a show to make and they will usually do what is needed to accommodate you. hooked-on-cruising
DRLPP
Another idea would be to have kids eat at Windjammer first then take them to kid clubs, then go eat at MDR. Then straight from meal to show. Or sign them up for quick dinner and have kid staff pick them up, if offered, you complete dinner then on to the show. tiny260
Go to the main blog page and pull up the cruise compasses and look for the one that most closely resembles your itinerary, since Adventure was up East for most of the year you might not have that many to look at. The CC will tell you the show times, the shows are usually set up to match the MDR dinning time 6ish early and 8ish late. hooked-on-cruising
averbeck
I think the general rule of thumb is that dinner can take up to 2 hours. You could also look at past cruise compasses to see what typical times of the shows are. I'd also add the shows are generally timed to align with either early seating or late seating. So your Mytime dining is smack in the middle so my opinion is that you will either be rushed or miss the beginning/end of the shows. hooked-on-cruising
