Running Joe
Hello all, Haven't been on a cruise in awhile....just booked a few rooms on the Harmony for a family trip. Two of the rooms are on deck 12, mid ship and are balcony rooms over the boardwalk. Can anyone please tell me if you hear noise at night when trying to sleep?? Any and all info would be appreciated. Also, are the balcony rooms over looking Central Park any quieter? Thanks. --Joe
twangster
Welcome to the message boards! Boardwalk balconies will be noisier during the day. At night after any aqua shows have ended the boardwalk will become quiet. The Central Park balcony cabins do tend to be quieter simply because there is no venue like the aqua theater that also plays movies or football games at times during the day. Central Park often has some live musicians in the early evening hours but after that it's just the cricket sounds they pipe in.
Running Joe
Hi Twangster....thanks for the info. Would you know about what time it quiets down at night in the boardwalk? Thanks again!

I noticed that when there is a group or music on the pools deck the Central Park balconies aren't so quiet because they're just in front and below this deck. stacymp
We had two balconies overlooking the Boardwalk and it was never that bad. My children never had a problem falling asleep from any loud noise. I wouldn't hesitate to book another. Really enjoyed it!!
