Pipedream
Were they allowing you to provide your own photo to be linked to your SeaPass or are they still taking headshots? I thought I remember seeing something like that to expedite the boarding process. We're leaving on the Oasis March 11 :-)
arebee
I think its only some ships (I don't know which). Last week on Rhapsody it was done at the pier.
firebuck
I believe it's only currently done on the Quantum class - maybe even on the Harmony, but I"m not positive about that. Pretty sure the Oasis is out though. If it's available, you will see the option in your online check in.

I thought I remember seeing something like that to expedite the boarding process. We're leaving on the Oasis March 11 :-) Welcome aboard Pipedream. We're on the Allure (an Oasis class ship, same as the Oasis you're on). When you log into your account on line it will take you to the "Countdown to Cruise" page. Scroll down a little and on the right side of the page you will see "Online Check In and Documentation". When you start your on line check in you will be given a choice of uploading a photo or taking a photo with your computer. Hope this helps! Pipedream
Followed yur instructions, rjac, and I'm not seeing it. Oh well, it wasn't too painful doing it during embarkation :-)

When you select Guest Info you should see the photo option. If not, perhaps it's to close to your embarkation date. Let me know how it goes. Pipedream
My embarkation day photo will probably actually look more like the cruise me rather than the work me so that's probably a good thing rjac
Guest toodle68
Just did this on Adventurer of the Seas for our march cruise check in. Will have to see if they retake it at the port, but we followed the instructions and provided near passport photos.
