USFFrank Posted December 9, 2024 Report Posted December 9, 2024 There are no rules saying that you have to get off the ship during any port stop. There are plenty of things to do on the ship while in port. Consult your cruise compass. If you choose to get off the ship in port, you will have to pay for any restaurants you eat at with the exception being if the ship is at one of the cruise lines private destinations (Coco Cay or Labadee). Then it would depend on which eatery you go to. Quote
Ryan79 Posted December 9, 2024 Report Posted December 9, 2024 There is no requirement to EVER exit the ship, outside of disembarkation day. Other than cruise owned/operated destinations (PDCC and Lebadee)when you leave the ship all expenses for food are on you. You can return to the ship any time you want…before the gangway goes up. If you return after the gangway is up, you get to star in your own YouTube video! Quote
