Sea Squirrel
Does anyone have any experience with this? We reached out to Customer Service and they said it is $523.99 per person. It seems we'd be renting FlowRider for one hour so number of people is irrelevant. RCI said nope, per person. Anyone have any actual field experience with this? It is 65 pp for a private lesson. Seems silly to spend 1500 for three people
Lovetocruise2002
It’s definitely not per person. It’s similar to renting a cabana. One person books it, you can invite others to join if you wish. That price of $500+ includes the lesson. If you are willing to forgo the lesson and can ride independently, it is slightly cheaper. It’s in the $350ish range for the hour. At least that is the cost for our Oasis sailing in two weeks.
steverk
I can confirm what @LoveToCruise says. I've booked it 4 times. Each time it was a great experience. To get the lower price, book it at full price in advance to reserve your time. Then ride it enough times to show that you and your party don't really need a lesson. Then talk to the activity manager and they will refund the difference between your purchase price and the lower price. (discount is a refundable OBC).
