Drink package question

I had purchased the drink package for our upcoming February sailing.  It went lower with the most recent sale so I cancelled my reservation to re book at the lower price.  It is not letting me add the drink package to my cart and says can only be reserved once per sailing.  Did I do this the right way, as I have seen many people suggest doing this to take advantage of price drops, but now I am wondering if I will be able to re book the reservation for the drink package.

I've had similar problems with the website lately.  My advice: wait 15 minutes after canceling.  If it still won't let you book it, call royal. 

Btw I've had excursions that wouldn't canceling, but I received my refund.  Royal insists the reservation is still active. We'll find out when I get on board
