Is Chops flexible with their menu (lunch)?

We booked a Chops lunch. Two in our party eat everything, 3 are pescetarian and 1 is vegetarian. Wondering if they'll accommodate us, particularly the vegetarian, with something like sides (i.e. mac & cheese) as a meal, or a Caesar salad (no protein added) as an appetizer?

I have never found the staff at Chops to not bend over backwards to accommodate anything I ask for. Also, Caesar salad dressing has anchovies... so perhaps ask for a different dressing. But I am sure they will make sure your friend has plenty to eat.

I have not been in this scenario before, but I don't see why not. It's easy to order a salad and have them hold the protein. Sides you can typically get multiples of, so just talk to your server, and they will work with you.

The vegetarian is my oldest kid, who would be a pescatarian if she liked fish - Caesar salad dressing seems to be the exception, so we're good there! She just wouldn't eat seafood as a main course. But thanks for the heads up!!!
