A good rule of thumb is after 12 noon especially because Miami can be a very busy airport with long security lines. Of course, the earlier you can get off the ship and to the airport, the shorter the lines will be. The day of departure also matters. Probably something in the 12:00 hour would be idea, so you don't feel rushed getting off ship, but not sitting in the airport for hours either.
