RC APP for family

hello, I was wondering how I can create accounts for the rest of my family for an upcoming cruise and not have what I paid for everything showing on everyone's RC APP. Thank you.

You can’t. You can create the accounts, but the second you add the cruise info that stuff will pop up in the calendar if they were in included on anything purchased

@histoboy This might not be what you're asking, but it is possible to "link" reservations together so that you can book dining, excursions, etc. for everyone and not just those in your specific stateroom.

What you paid for the cruise won't appear.  What you paid for onboard activities won't appear directly in the app unless you go to the cruise planner and dig around a lot.

Exactly...you can't easily see how much was paid for something without digging. However if you booked something (meal or an excursion) that you want to keep a secret, that will show up on their calendar in the app.

Are you trying to surprise them? If so, for how long are you trying to keep the secret? There is not a whole lot you can plan until just before you sail or even until you get on the ship, when the app will populate the daily activities. You could just help them the morning before you board or even once you get on the ship.
