Annabella
Does anyone know if the same crew will be onboard the same ship a year from now or will the crew be moved to a different ship, specifically sport crew and kids crew? Matt
Crew move all the time and contracts come up even more frequently. I would not expect a lot of crew to be the same a year later.
Ryan79
They are all on individual contracts. Without knowing the details of the crew members contract, it would be impossible to say if they will at all be there in a year. While some may still be there, it’s not something you should expect to remain constant a year out.
Pattycruise
crew contracts are anywhere from 8-10 months (depends if they do an extension) and their time off can be 2-3 months. When they return it is subject to availability. I have met crew (stateroom attendants) who have been assigned back to the same ship. I've also seen some casino workers/managers on the same ship but then again I've seen them on other ships too! Met a casino hostess who was 100% sure she would be on Liberty out of NY after her time at home. She was not, the hostess told me she went to Mariner.
