bobbi fleckman
I'm booked on a cruise that stops in Labadee. I see that there are two options for the zipline, seated or head-first. If you've done this, which one do you recommend?
Xaa
I've done only head first and recommend that. Can't say if it's better. It's a fun ride with a great view.
DevilDog84
I've also only done head first and it was great. I am not normally a thrill seeker/adrenaline junky, type of person, but this was enjoyable for me. It was still a bit unnerving for me to fall forwards, but you overcome that pretty quickly and enjoy the view.
CrimsonCruiser
I did the seated and it was my first ever zipline. I enjoyed it. Would do again if I had the money/time. The scariest part was getting anchored in on the platform - it's VERY tall (obviously) and that (visual) drop can give anyone vertigo. not sure how one is harnessed in for the head-first version but it's something to take into consideration maybe? RFW63050
I did the Dragon’s Fire Flight Line (head first) last year. So much fun! I used my cellphone with a strap, next time I'm going to use an action camera. Dragon’s Fire Flight Line.mp4
WAYNO
My Wife does ziplines wherever she finds them. She did the one on Labadee, and it remains her all time favorite. If head-first was an option, we didn't know. Everybody was strapped into the little bosun's chair. She absolutely loved this ride.
Firstcruiseouttaorlando
Is the Labadee zipline a one and done, or is it like the coaster and you can have an all day pass?
Xaa
Each purchase results in one ride, it's not an all day ride pass. Ryan79
