Is the Labadee zipline a one and done, or is it like the coaster and you can have an all day pass?

Has anyone stayed at the Hampton Inn at port Canaveral prior to their cruise. For those that have some quick questions: 1. Is it better to take the hotel shuttle to the cruise port or take an uber (traveling with 5) 2. Are there any nearby restaurants within walking distance or is uber eats the better choice. 3. is their a place to by wine near by?
