My wife starts a new job in a few weeks and we have to find out exactly how vacation works. They did approve of the 3 we have booked, 1 this year in Oct 9 days. 2 in 2024, 7 days late Feb. and 9 again Oct. She told them in the interview and they were totally fine with it. Immediately when they hired her they had her send the dates in so they had them in the system. Anyway I really want to do this. We also have 2 kids to take into account. I sail solo and the prices were excellent. It only cost me $100 deposit on each and I get at least $100 back as OBC. I booked two in January….11 nights on the 5th for $2100 and 12 nights on the 27th for $2400. Both are ocean view balconies. Because of my C&A, I don’t pay full double occupancy, just 150%….but that $4600 seems a bit high for a balcony for two. edit……….never mind, I just checked and the price shows $4800 for two in a forward balcony. Sheeeesh…… Yeah that price is for 4. 2 adults and 2 kids. I really wish it was just us because it's quite cheaper that way. They love the cruises though.
