I think the frozen drinks from a bar are different than the real fruit smoothies available in Vitality Spa. The bar frozen drinks are made from a sugary flavor concentrate blended with ice. I do remember having one with pineapple, banana, coconut milk and yogurt on Christmas because I wasn't feeling that great. I was also surprised to see that they were making them.
