SFLcruiser
Does my 14 year old need 2 forms of ID or will her passport suffice?
tiny260
Get on RCCL web site and look, it should actually be in your "My cruise", "documentation required", but I'm pretty sure the passport is enough as long as your last names match. My kids are grown and the rules have changed, so please read up, all else fails call RCCL.

DocLC
Passport is sufficient. You only need two forms of ID when you're using a birth certificate.
whenismynextcruise
Curious here. I thought you could ONLY use a passport fro international travel now. Do cruises have different rules?

Do cruises have different rules? Technically a cruise is international travel, but it's also the only form of travel that still allows for a driver's license and birth certificate combined to prove citizenship. Most recommend a passport, though, as you can't get back into the country by air should your cruise be interrupted for some reason.

barbarashimer414
Yes def recommend a Passport, because we had an issues years ago where we had to fly back home immediately, and they only accept a Passport.
