RCIfan1912
Shouldn't everything for your cruise be able to be purchased through the app instead of having to login to the website? While it has expanded to some things, everything can't be purchased on the app. Also I'm wondering why there isn't a cruise countdown on the app? That would actually enhance it a bit as most of love to see the countdown days dwindle.
WAAAYTOOO
The app doesn’t even reflect the itinerary as far as I can tell. You’d think that the daily calendar would show which port you’re in, what time you will arrive and the “all aboard” time. If it’s there somewhere, I haven’t found it ! It really needs to be much more sophisticated. It's very beautiful with cool images of the ship that you are sailing on. Even the info of venues I think need to be upped. It could be the coolest thing about your cruise or Royal Caribbean in general but it's kinda not. WAAAYTOOO
Rackham
Port arrival and the all aboard time is in the daily planner as just another card. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to only show the cards with a "deskbell" icon. Edit: These particular cards don't appear until closer to the sailing which is somewhat annoying. While onboard my last cruise, the app didn't even reflect reality in terms of scheduling of bars' open hours. The app had one time, the (online) Cruise Compass said something else [that was taken as accurate by the crew, who were surprised to see that the app said that the bar wasn't open yet]. On the other hand, the Cruise Compass on Anthem of the Seas didn't even list the Music Hall as one of its bars & lounges at all. By the way, lest anyone think I might be kidding about the Music Hall not being listed, here's the days 5-6 combination Cruise Compass. In this one on day 5, I remember the app saying that Two70 opened at 5pm, but here it shows 3pm and, indeed, it was open when I happened across the bar being open at 3:30. cruisecompass56.pdf Rackham, RCIfan1912 and WAAAYTOOO 1

Yes, especially when trying to book non-RCI excursions during port days. I kept having to go find my booking documents in my email to see what times we were in port.
