PlsHelpMeCruise Posted January 17, 2023 Report Share Posted January 17, 2023 So my partner and I are young adults that LOVE to cruise so we played the casino to reach prime status to hopefully get cruise offers. We reached prime status back in October and haven’t received a single cruise offer yet. We called and made sure information matched and everything. The only thing we can think of is that he’s 20 years old and it’s under his account that he’s prime, I’m over 21+ so that’s how we book cruises. Is this a problem? We couldn’t find anything saying so and certainly wouldn’t have spent $1000+ if we had known we weren’t going to get any offers. Any ideas on what we can do? I wasn't receiving offers because they had my email linked to multiple people. They fixed that and I started getting offers after about a month. So no matter what you got a future cruise for two to book! If you are both Prime you could potentially get two unless you combine the offers for a single trip in an Oceanview instead! However I usually get 1 offer per month and its usually for 2 months ahead! So without me having flexibility its not a lot i can jump on usually. They sent me a generica "could be you have too many cruises booked" which is true! LOL It's disappointing. Lots of people in Signature are stating they are not getting offers either. The form I'm talking about is in the menu under the on the upper left hand side of the page. When I filled that out they emailed me and told me I was linked with someone else and they were able to unlink me. I started getting offers shortly after.
